Jesuit-Sheaner Relays began with 3 objectives; (1) provide a first class venue for boys track & field where athletes can benefit from top facilities and competition, (2) promote high school track & field to area fans and media in order to build broader interest in the sport, (3) provide maximum exposure and recognition to North Texas fans of top individuals and teams.
Inside Texas Running (ITR) has been the magazine of choice with Texas runners and the Texas running community for 30 years. The tabloid magazine is published monthly except for June and August which are combined with May and July issues respectively.
Flotrack travels around the US and the world covering some of the biggest events in track along with smaller local events trying to bring track lovers coverage that they normally wouldn't be able to get. We pride ourselves in our ability to seemingly be everywhere at once. We interview coaches and athletes and whenever possible, record all the races and events for your viewing pleasure. The Texas Girls Coaches Association is one of the largest associations of coaches, and the largest association for coaches of girls' athletics in the United States. Established in 1953 with a membership of less than 100, it has grown to an excess of 5,000 members today and includes coaches and administrators in all levels of education. The governing body -- officers, directors, committee chairs -- are member coaches selected by TGCA members. The TGCA is sanctioned by the Texas University Interscholastic League although it is not a part of the UIL. The annual summer clinic sponsored by the TGCA is well-known throughout the United States and attracts nationally recognized volleyball, basketball, track & field and softball clinicians.
